ESTATE PLANNING:
We recommend having at least a living will and durable power of attorney, regardless of whether you have an estate. You never know what can happen, and you could benefit yourself and those you love by having instructions available in the event you become incapacitated. We usually package together a power of attorney, healthcare directive, and living will when creating an estate plan designed to preserve and maximize a client’s overall financial estate and long-term care planning. I will provide a comprehensive evaluation and determine the best strategies to pursue to meet your objectives.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION:
We provide complete representation to fiduciaries administering estates. We handle probate administration, including filling the Petition for Appointment of Personal representative, preparing and filling the estate assets inventory, paying decedent debts, distributing assets, completing non-probate asset transfers, filling estate tax returns, and filling the final accounting with the Probate Court.
